Voicemail

When you can't take a call let your mobile take a message for you. Once your voicemail is activated you'll be able to record messages when your phone is unattended or when it is not convenient for you to answer calls.

Once recorded, the callers message can be played back when you are free, simply by calling 1260. Enter your 4 digit security code then # and follow the voice prompts to hear you recorded messages. The default code is 1234. Follow the same process to save or delete messages in your voicemail box.

Record personalised greetings

Greet callers with your very own greeting message. Dial 1260 , enter your 4 digit security code, then # and follow the voice prompts. Again the default code is 1234.

How to set up

Once you get your bemobile handset dial 1260 and follow the voice prompt to set up your voicemail account. Use the default voicemail greeting message or personalize it with your very own greeting.

Note

Received messages that are not erased are stored for a maximum of 7 days after they are read or for 21 days if they are unread. After that, they will be deleted. The system allows for a maximum of 7 minutes of voice messages to be stored with a maximum of 90 seconds for each caller to leave their message.
