Top Up

Topping up with bemobile couldn't be any easier! We offer you several easy ways to-top up your credits and stay connected. 

For no registration at all, get your top-up from any ANZ or BSP ATM. Just put your bank card in the machine and follow the on-screen instructions.

You can also top-up from our bemobile dealers through direct top-up (through EVD phones), paycom or the common top-kad. Just keep an eye out for the orange and purple bemobile sign.

Topkads

Topkads are sold in plastic wrapping and are available in 5 denominations K3, K5, K20, K50 or a K100.

When topping up using the topkad, press *120* voucher number# and press SEND. If in doubt just follow the instructions on the back of the topkad. A confirmation message will appear on the screen when the top-up completes.

Top-up from ATM

For no registration at all, get your top-up from any ANZ or BSP ATM. Just put your bank card in the machine and follow the on-screen instructions.

EVD phone top-up

You can also top-up from our bemobile vendors through direct top-up (through EVD phones). This service is openly available in commercial and residential areas around you.

Simply purchase your preferred top-up amount from a vendor and give him/ her the phone number you want the top-up to be sent to. The purchased top-up amount will then be sent electronically from the vendor's phone directly to the given mobile phone number.

Top-up using Paycom terminal

Top-up at the shops through the Paycom system. To top-up just purchase a preferred top-up amount at a participating store. A top-up voucher or receipt containing the voucher number, amount, expiry date etc will be generated for you to top-up later. All you have to do now is top-up by entering *121*Voucher number# and press send.  

Other services include balance check for your account, transferring of credits from one bemobile phone to another bemobile phone and Turbo service.
